How much notice do you need? For celebration cakes, ideally at least two weeks in advance of your desired date. For weddings we recomend enquiring as soon as possible once you have a wedding date confirmed. Please note that during peak summer months the diary books up quickly, however we will always do our best to accommodate where possible at short notice.
-
Do you offer gluten free / dairy free / vegan options? Please specify any dietary requirements when enquiring and we can let you know what options you have. Please bear in mind, whilst every effort is made to avoid cross contamination we cannot guarantee this. All our products are made in a kitchen that regularly handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, lupin, milk peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites and tree nuts.
-
Do you cater for allergies?Every effort is made to accommodate allergies where possible. However, please be aware all our cakes are produced in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya are present.

How should I transport my cake?If you are collecting your cake, we recommend you transport it in the boot of your car or in the passenger footwell. We also strongly recommend you keep the car as cool as possible while transporting your cake.
-
How do I keep / store my cake?Buttercream cakes are best kept in the fridge and can be stored for up to 4 days. Take it out of the fridge one hour prior to serving to allow it to come up to room temperature.
-
If I have leftover cake can I freeze it?Yes! We would advise wrapping the remaining cake in two layers of cling film then a layer of foil. They can be frozen for up to 30 days. Defrost by popping it in the fridge the night before and allowing it to come up to room temperature for an hour before eating.
