Congratulations on your engagement! Choosing your wedding cake is one of the most enjoyable parts of the wedding planning experience and we'd be delighted to be involved in your big day. The information below will provide you with a guide to the enquiry and booking process, as well as an indication of pricing.
Enquiring About Your Cake
As a first step if you haven’t done so already, pop over to the Contact page and fill in an enquiry form to check your date is available.
Here you can provide information about your wedding day, your ideal cake, and you can also upload images of designs and ideas you’d like to incorporate.
Once I have this information I can provide you with a rough quote, the more information you provide the more accurate the quote will be. Of course if you’re unsure what you’d like at this stage we can work together to bring your dream cake to life.
Consultations and Samples Boxes
Once you have received your quote, you can secure your date with a £100 booking deposit.
Following this you’ll be invited to an online consultation, which usually takes place around 6 - 9 months out from your wedding (but can vary based on the time of the year and availability).
During the consultation we’ll discuss your wedding, the design of your cake, and all the final details. You’ll then receive a custom proposal document, final quotation, and a sample box of flavours via next-day postal delivery.

Pricing & Quotes
All wedding cakes are completely bespoke, so a final quote can only be given following your online consultation. However as a guide prices are listed below:

(serves approx 100 -120)

+ Four tier wedding cakes
(serves between 120 - 150)

Delivery & Set Up
Delivery and set up is recommended for all tiered cakes to ensure your cake arrives in good condition. Delivery charges are dependant on the distance to your venue.
I will liaise directly with your venue or wedding coordinator to ensure we set up at the best time and finalise any last minute details.
I will also give your venue details about allergy advice, any items to be removed from the cake before eating, and any additional items to be returned after the event (for example borrowed cake stands).
Favours, Cupcakes
& Dessert Tables
We would also be delighted to supply your wedding favours, cupcakes, or dessert table for your special occasion. Again a quotation can be given following a consultation where we can discuss what you are looking for and the amount required.
